Rosa Padilla has been a nurse over 37 years. She has worked in the hospital for 10 years in orthopedic, neuro, and respiratory care nursing. She has worked with healthcare providers developing care management policy and guidlines. Her experience includes setting up standard of care guidelines for both managed care and clinical settings.

She has been instrumental in setting up different healthcare programs for a variety providers and facilities. She has worked in urgent care setting and rehabilitation services. Her love has always been teaching and helping to provide quality care and services to meet the needs of her clients. Rosa wants to share her knowledge and experience with others to raise the quality of care to residential clients throughout the area.
